Mr. Suyash Tripathi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has an experience in the fields of Income Tax, International Taxation, Company Law, Banking, Finance etc. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies and providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters. He has advised a number of companies on corporate income tax matters including, International Tax matters and transfers pricing.

He is also a Visiting Lecturer at top Institutes of Mumbai such as Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Kishanchand Chellaram College of Commerce and Economic (KC College, Churchgate), HR College of Commerce and Economics, Churchgate and Financial Planning Academy for subjects Corporate Taxation, Portfolio Management, Financial and Management Accountancy and Company Law.

He has completed various courses such as Forensic Auditing and Fraud Detection (ICAI), Concurrent Audit of Banks (ICAI), Certificate Course on CSR (ICAI), IT Security (Institute of Banking and Finance) and GST Practitioner (Ministry of MSME), Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) (ICAI).
